Profile

Hi!  My name is Jill Roth.  For this 2021-2022 school year I will be teaching Spanish 2A, 3B and 4 Honors.  I am also the World Language Department Chair.  This is my 24th year of teaching Spanish and my 7th year at Sage Creek.  I am originally from Colorado.  After teaching in the Denver area for 11 years, my family and I moved to Seattle, WA.  We lived in the beautiful, yet rainy, Northwest for 4 years.  Deciding that we needed more sunshine, we made the move to sunny Carlsbad 5 years ago.  Needless to say, we love it here!  When I'm not teaching, I spend my time with my husband and 2 children, Charlie and Naomi.  We like to travel and hike on the trails and canyons around here.

I am excited to be a member of the World Language Department.
