Andrea Williams

Profile

Welcome to the 2017- 2-18 school year.  My name is Andrea Williams and I am very proud to be a member of the Sage Creek Student Support Services Team.  This is my fifth year as a Bobcat and I am looking forward to continuing to support students as they begin, continue and end their journey through high school.  This year I will be teaching 12th grade Directed Studies courses and serving as case manager to our senior class of 2018. I look forward to helping my students navigate their school year and look forward to working with them as they start to look at life beyond high school.

I began my journey in education 18 years ago.  I have had many roles in education over the years including a general education classroom teacher, an Intervention Teacher in the areas on math and reading, a Behavior Interventionist both in the public and private setting, and my current role as an Education Specialist at both the high school and elementary levels.

On a personal note I was born and raised in San Diego. I am married and have two beautiful, active daughters who also attend Carlsbad schools.  When I am not cheering on my girls at a swim competition or a volleyball game I enjoy exercising, reading, paddle boarding,  and traveling.

I am looking forward to another amazing year here at Sage Creek!
