Registration details for Advanced Placement (AP) Exams for 2018


Please read carefully through the information regarding the  Advanced Placement (AP) exams to ensure awareness of policies and requirements.  For information and to register for exams, click on the AP Exam Registration link below:



AP Exam Information

AP Exams will begin on Monday May 7th.  Students should get a good night’s sleep and eat a good meal prior to testing. Students taking morning exams will be allowed to have a lunch period after they are dismissed from the test room.

Students will need to check-in before being admitted to their assigned exam room:

  • Check-in for morning exams begin at 7:15 am. No admittance after 8:00 am.
  • Check-in for afternoon exams begin at 11:15 am. No admittance after 12:00 pm.
  • AP Chemistry and AP English Language will check in at the Bobcat Arena.
  • All other exams check in at the bottom of the 3000 Bldg stairs near the lunch tables.

What to bring with you:

  • You MUST have a photo ID: ie Driver’s License, School ID or Passport. You will not be admitted without your ID-no exception!
  • You MUST bring all materials needed to test ie: pencils, pens in blue or black ink, and a calculator if applicable. See College Boards approved calculator list at
  • Snack and a water bottle with label removed is permitted during the Break time only. Please place in clear baggie with your name on it. Snack and water bottle must be left under desk until break time as you will not have access to your backpack or bags if brought on test day.

What NOT to bring with you:

  • No electronics of any kind are allowed in the exam rooms. This includes cell phones, smart watches. Digital cameras, personal digital assistants (PDA’s), Bluetooth enabled devices, etc. Violation of this rule may be cause for you to be dismissed from the test, the device confiscated and your test score cancelled.
  • Backpacks or bags should be left at home. If brought, you will not be allowed access to them during the test and break times.

Students MUST adhere to the Test Site Regulations for the duration of the exam period. Consequences include removal from the exam and cancellation of scores. See Test Site Regulations at for specific details.
